BSc (Hons) Sports and Exercise Science from University of Worcester and fully qualified trainer. Worked in the industry for 9 years supporting a huge range of people to change their body, health, fitness.
National level Strongman Competitor, Britain’s Natural Strongest Man and 8th Strongest Man in England.
Also educate and support other personal trainers to be better coaches and understand training, fundamentals of training, movement and technique across the country.

Tabitha brings a huge amount of experience to our team! With 16 years in the fitness industry, 6 years in the Army, ante/postnatal trained and qualified in sports massage and personal training….
She genuinely cares about what her clients are capable of achieving and doing all she can to support them.
Sam is a flanker and club centurion for Worcester Warriors. He brings not only a great energy to the team but also a wealth of training experience and a professional athlete’s mindset.
Enthusiasm and technical ability combined with his approachable nature and positive outlook make Sam a great addition to the team.
